I came in here to buy a new laptop after my old one finally kicked the bucket. Laptops are a lot more reasonable than they once were. My first laptop was like $1500, that was about seven years ago. My new laptop ... well, I thought it was gonna cost me like $300. Which would've been nice with my financial woes. I saw it on Best Buy's site, and it said "in stock" at my local Best Buy. I walked in, found it on the sales floor, figured it was a done deal, and asked to buy it. And they wouldn't let me, cause it was only "in stock" because the sales model was out on the floor. They wouldn't let me buy that one. They tried to sell me the next most expensive one up, like $100 more. I ended up getting the computer I wanted online instead at a different seller. It was $350 with an extended warranty and free shipping. Worked out okay in the end. But I can't say Best Buy was any help at all in that respect. Share Your Review
