Best Buy should go out of business. They really are the worst electronics store in the world. I have never had a pleasant experience shopping here. I have bought a lot of software at Best Buy. But their deals aren't as good as Gamestop's. Or Amazon's, at that rate. But they usually have a lot in stock, which is nice. Including some older titles at a discount.

As far as hardware goes though, I couldn't agree more with the reviewer who said "bait and switch." It really is. You find one thing on the sales floor, and then another when you try to actually buy it. Best Buy is such a failure of a store. I came in wanting to buy a new laptop. I found two on the Best Buy site which looked promising. But I didn't want to pay shipping. So I went to the store and I found both of them prominently displayed on the sales floor. These were obviously the best deals in the place ... and guess what. They were out of stock. And the employee then tried to hard-sell me on another machine, a more expensive one. You can see how this works. They never stock the computers with the nice deals ... they just use them for bait and switch. I tried to get them to order them through backstock and was told there was like one left ... and that I may or may not get it, and that I needed to wait around for like a week.
