I had an account here for six months. The reason I was a member was because my parents were Bank of America members and that was the bank they enrolled me in when I was a teenager. I moved away from our hometown though, and the Bank of America on LI was just awful. The service is nonexistent, and they make mistakes so often that I can't believe it. It seemed like I was in there once every other month having a long, angry discussion with the managers about their latest mishap that cost me money ... and their exorbitant fees. I can't even begin to tell you how costly it can be to overdraw here - even when it isn't your fault (like it wasn't mine; it was the teller's fault). I don't want to go into all the details of the things that have gone wrong here, but suffice to say I am staying far, far away from now on. Share Your Review
