I've been to the yoga lessons and the dance lessons. Both are really fun, and you will get a great workout if you come in here.

I love this place! My girlfriend and I have been doing country western dancing here for a couple of years now. They also offer a ton of other stuff – salsa, tango, swing, waltz, belly dancing, fox trot, you name it. Oh! And there are also exercise classes which aren’t dance related, like yoga and pilates. My girlfriend does the pilates course and says it’s fantastic. They’re offering a coupon to new students. I think we got 20% off (both of us) the first time we came in together. We were instantly hooked. You will be too.
