I wasn't that thrilled the first time I walked in here - BEFORE I ate. After I ate it was a different story. My initial impressions were that Bagels on the Bay was a small restaurant with a loud, chaotic staff, and not a lot to offer as a result. The atmosphere almost drove me out. But I sat down and decided to give it a try, and felt completely different by the time I was eating.

The bagels really are good, and they also offer other menu items which are really good, including some that aren't all that common at bagel restaurants, like kebabs. Very tasty. And the staff, while loud and frenzied at times, is very friendly.

So give it a shot, even if you aren't that impressed when you walk in the door. Don't judge it at first glance. First bite will make all the difference! Share Your Review
