ATT&T is a total ripoff. I signed up for a new phone plan which I thought was going to only cost me like $15 a month. Then after a couple of months were up, they jacked my rates up to twice that. So I was like "Why am I suddenly paying $30 a month? You sold me on $15 a month." And then the guy who worked here was like, "Sorry Sir, but you signed up for an introductory package, and you are now at your full rate." No one ever told me I was getting some kind of temporary deal! They refused to give me a refund or believe me when I told them there was false advertising. I ended up spending like $90 total with this company which I wish I had spent somewhere else. Somewhere reasonable. Share Your Review
