Had an unpleasant incident involving a rock the other day that flew into my windshield. Huge crack instantaneously. I wanted to just get it filled but they had to replace the windshield. I was so angry when I found out, but they were able to do it really quickly, and I felt much better when I saw the bill! Not nearly as stiff as I'd expected.
