Television Network Invites New Yorkers to “Rock Your Yoga” All Weekend Long

WHAT: Veria Living, the TV network that brings balance to modern living, will host two full days of FREE YOGA workshops with special appearances by Veria Living’s own yoga rockstar, Sadie Nardini. This weekend-long event on Long Island kicks of Veria Living’s national Random Acts of Wellness (RAW) campaign.
