The Beauty of Summer Comes Alive This Weekend With The Secret Gardens Of Islip - Garden Walk

The Secret Gardens of Islip – Garden Walk takes place on Saturday, July 14, from noon to 4pm (rain date July 15). The event is presented by the Historical Society of Islip Hamlet to celebrate its 20^th anniversary.

If you want to take in the beautiful sights of summer, join in on the Secret Gardens of Islip – Garden Walk. It features walks along several property locations with refreshments served at each. You will see sights of blooming flowers, water fountains and features, wildlife and more.

The garden gates will be open to individuals age 16 and older. A donation of $12 is asked with each admission ticket. Tickets are available at Caroline’s Floral Shoppe at 341 Main Street in Islip. Additional information is also available by calling 631-245-0675.

The mission of the Historical Society of Islip Hamlet is to “collect, catalogue, preserve and display the rich and diverse history of the unique south shore community.”
