The Suffolk County SPCA will continue distributing pet food in storm ravaged areas in Suffolk County.
Chief Roy Gross of the Suffolk SPCA said that the agency will be meeting Brookhaven Supervisor-Elect Ed Romaine on Saturday, November 17th at 10:30 at 1120 Montauk Highway, Mastic, and driving through the Mastic Beach area, in marked vehicles distributing dog and cat food to families hit hard by Hurricane Sandy.
Also, at 1pm, the SPCA will be at Shore Rd. Park in Lindenhurst distributing pet food to families in need. On hand with the SPCA will be Mayor Tom Brennan, Senator-Elect Phil Boyle, and other elected officials.
