Smithtown, NY 11787 –On Sunday, December 2, 2012, St. Catherine of Siena Nursing & Rehabilitation Care Center hosted their annual Resident/Family Christmas Celebration. This family oriented event included a variety of entertainment throughout the facility as well as a delicious brunch buffet and desserts. Santa was on hand to visit the children and adults as well. This event is something the families and residents look forward to every year and it is just one way in which St. Catherine of Siena brings residents, families and staff together in a home-like environment giving then a day they will always remember. “This event really focuses on spending time with family; it’s a relaxed afternoon with good food, music and being together, which is what the Christmas season is all about”, stated James Ryan, Administrator of St. Catherine’s Nursing and Rehabilitation Care Center.”
