OUR LADY OF CONSOLATION’S NURSING & REHABILITATIVE CARE CENTER OFFERS SMOKING CESSATION CLASSES

West Islip, NY 11795 - Beginning July 11, 2012 Our Lady of Consolation, in conjunction with the Suffolk County Department of Health, will be offering Smoking Cessation Classes. These classes are being offered to all members of the community at no cost. This is a 6-week program with sessions being held weekly on Wednesdays in the auditorium of Our Lady of Consolation from 3:00pm – 4:00pm. This program offers a 3-month supply of nicotine replacement products, to all who join. To sign up or for more information on this “Learn to be Tobacco Free” program, please call 631-465-6433.

Our Lady of Consolation is a 450-bed nursing and rehabilitative care center conducted in the tradition of the Sisters of St. Dominic since 1894 and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
