Kagami-Biracki and traditional Mochi-Pounding ceremony (Mochitsuki) starting at 6:30pm, January 11th. Additional performances will be at 7:30 and 8:30pm.

Come on out and experience this novel and rare event in which steamed Glutinous rice is transformed into soft, chewy cakes. Diners on this night will be given tickets to redeem for free Mochi and Ice Cream after their meal along with a small Tea Ceremony (Maccha) in the Japanese Garden.
