Garden City, NY (April 23, 2012) -- Seasons 52, the fresh grill and wine bar that opened at Roosevelt Field in Garden City last month, offers a unique private Chef’s Table for Long Islanders to enjoy the food and wine of the “seasons” throughout the year. The Seasons 52 Chef’s Table allows small groups an exclusive opportunity for a personalized dining and wine pairing experience unlike anything else on Long Island.
The Seasons 52 Chef’s Table – located on the first floor of the sprawling two-floor restaurant – offers diners the chance to enjoy an intimate tasting experience and personalized visit from the Executive Chef throughout the multi-course meal. An exclusive private dining experience perfect for small groups of up to 10 guests , the Chef’s Table offers an intimate setting and the perfect backdrop for any occasion. Guests are seated around a large table with an eclectic arrangement of real spices displayed under the glass covering that serves as the centerpiece of the table. This unique dining experience provides guests with the choice to enjoy a view of the action in the kitchen or the area can be enclosed with curtains for added privacy.

Guests at the Chef’s Table are presented with five separate courses where they are able to experience a variety of the restaurant’s signature dishes, highlighting the foods and flavors of the season. Meals, which are preceded with a special amuse and conclude with individual servings of the restaurant’s award-winning “Mini Indulgences” desserts, can be served either with or without special wine pairings which have been selected by Master Sommelier George Miliotes. In addition to the opportunity to sample a number of the restaurants premier dishes, guests at the Chef’s Table are also treated to the chance to have the restaurant’s Executive Chef present his creations to the table – and discuss some of the restaurant’s unique dishes.
