S.A. Elite Sports Authority Opens New Store In The Gallery At Westbury Plaza

Come celebrate the grand opening of the first North East S.A. Elite location  

Englewood, CO (October 15, 2012) – S.A. Elite Sports Authority, the small-store concept from Sports Authority, announces the grand opening of its newest location in Westbury, NY on Saturday, October 20 beginning at 9 AM.  The 20,000 sq.-ft. store is located in The Gallery at Westbury Plaza, a new 330,000 sq.-ft. retail center located in the heart of Nassau County, just off Old Country Road.    

S.A. Elite offers an extraordinary selection of athletic footwear from the top brands, plus men’s and women’s yoga, running and training apparel and accessories, as well as outerwear and fashionable casual looks.  S.A. Elite promises new and exciting collections from around the world plus knowledgeable customer service for an unparalleled customer experience. The new store showcases the newest fitness and footwear trends in bold and vibrant colors, plus superior customer service with the newest running technology including gait analysis.

S.A. Elite Sports Authority will feature top brands like Under Armour, Nike, adidas, The North Face, Saucony, Brooks, Burton and Spyder, and will also highlight new brands like Puma, prAna, Hard Tail, Carve, Mizuno and others not commonly found in Sports Authority locations. 

The Westbury S.A. Elite grand opening will reward the first 100 customers with “S.A. Elite Shopping Cards” that range from $5 to $250 in value, plus throughout the first week customers will have a chance to enter to win a $500 shopping spree.  Guests will have the chance to enroll in the Elite Membership Loyalty Program featuring 5% back in Rewards during a qualifying period. Plus during the grand opening week loyalty members will earn triple points on all purchases. 

The Westbury S.A. Elite will open this Saturday at 9 AM.  Regular store hours will be Monday through Saturday, 9 AM – 9 PM and Sunday, 10 PM – 8 PM.  The store is located in The Gallery at Westbury Plaza at 900 Old Country Road.

The Gallery at Westbury Plaza celebrated its opening in September and features variety of premier retailers and restaurants, including The Container Store, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5^th, Bloomingdale’s, Nordstrom Rack and Trader Joe’s.
