Smithtown, NY 11787 –On December 12, 2012, The Rotary Club of Northport held their monthly meeting at St. Catherine of Siena Nursing & Rehabilitation Care Center. Resident Harold Howe an honorary member of the Rotary Club and who was an active member for 48 years, attended. President Andy Giffin wanted to hold their meeting at St. Catherine’s in honor of Harold. The Rotary Club is very active in the community and do such wonderful things such as provide food for the food pantry, holiday helper programs for families in need, international services such as the Haiti Project and offer scholarships to local high school students. “It was a pleasure having them as guests at St. Catherine’s and to have Howard join them for their meeting,” stated James Ryan, Administrator of St. Catherine of Siena Nursing & Rehabilitation Care Center.
