Robin Youngson MD, International Expert on Patient / Doctor Communication Speaks at Long Island Forum.

Dr Robin Youngson is the founder of HEARTS in HEALTHCARE (www.heartsinhealthcare.com) a new global social movement established to champion compassionate caring. He believes that bringing like-minded people together is the first step to re-humanizing health care around the world. Drawing on the latest research from neuroscience and positive psychology, Dr Youngson explores how compassionate whole person care makes a profound difference to patient outcomes, and also the happiness and wellbeing of health professionals.

An internationally renowned speaker, Dr. Youngson will be inspiring an audience of community members and healthcare professionals with stories about his work and his new book “TIME TO CARE - How to love your patients and your job”. Book signings will follow the presentation.
