The Suffolk County SPCA is offering a $2,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for shooting and killing an adult cat in East Patchogue.
Roy Gross, Chief of the Suffolk SPCA said that the SPCA was called to assist the Suffolk County Police on Tuesday December 11, 2012 on Hampton Street in East Patchogue. The dead cat was found a short distance away from the homes on Hampton St. in a tall grass/marshy area near the Great South Bay.
Chief Gross is asking anyone with information to call the Suffolk County SPCA at 631-382-7722. All calls will be kept confidential.
