To Sponsor August Blood Drive 

West Islip, NY 11795 – On Wednesday, August 22, 2012, Our Lady of Consolation Nursing & Rehabilitative Care Center, in conjunction with Long Island Blood Services, will be sponsoring a blood drive between the hours of 9:00 a.m. & 4:00 p.m. Our Lady of Consolation is located at 111 Beach Drive in West Islip, NY.  Each donor will receive a pair of Mets Tickets to a 2012 home game.

Eligible donors must be between the ages of 17 & 75, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in general good health.  Donors can also receive free cholesterol testing.  Blood can be donated every 56 days.  To reserve a time for donation or for further information, please call 631-465-6433.

Our Lady of Consolation is a 450-bed nursing and rehabilitative care center conducted in the tradition of the Sisters of St. Dominic since 1894 and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
