West Islip, NY – On April 25, 2012, Seeta Shannon, of Our Lady of Consolation Nursing and Rehabilitative Care Center, was presented with the Catholic Health Services (CHS) Living the Mission Award for exemplifying the CHS mission values of respect, justice, integrity and excellence. The Bayshore resident is a cafeteria assistant at Our Lady of Consolation, a member of CHS, and was nominated by her colleagues for her outstanding qualities.

Seeta has been an employee of Our Lady of Consolation since 1988 and resides in Bayshore with her husband and two sons.
