New Niche Market Emerges With Long Island Company Ingenuity

As the population of Long Island continues to shift with younger families moving away in pursuit of brighter dreams, their parents continue to stay behind. In the midst of this transition, there is a niche market emerging that one enterprising company seems to be finding quite lucrative.

Hamptons Baby Gear, a baby equipment rental company, has found its niche delivering baby gear to parents and grandparents of those who have left Long Island but still return to visit. Based out of Riverhead, and founded in 2009, has carved this niche out of seeing the need for those young families to have baby gear when they return.
