East Norwich, NY - Community members are invited to participate in a community Seder hosted by Rabbi Aaron Shain of Chabad of Oyster Bay. The Seder will be held on Monday March 25 at 7:00 PM and again on Tuesday March 26 at 7:30 PM. Both Seders will feature a new experience in reliving the Passover story, using 'Hyper-modern - ancient - with it' Haggadahs, and living through the experience. No boring speeches or long drawn out recitals! Traditional and delicious food, and joyous singing.
The community Passover Seders will be held at 3 Johnson Court in East Norwich.
The Seders cost $45 per adult and $25 per child under 12. RSVP required by Friday March 22.

The eight-day festival of Passover is celebrated this year from sundown on Monday March 25, until after nightfall on Tuesday April 2. Passover commemorates the exodus of the Jews from Egypt and will be celebrated with festive “Seder” dinners on March 25 and 26. Other holiday observances include restricting the consumption of leavened products such as bread and pasta, instead eating unleavened |Matzah.
