MarineLab Warranty Processing and MRAA Launch Exclusive Service to Meet the Growing Needs of Marine Retailers
New Company Offers Cost-Effective Solution to Reduce Expenses and Maximize Returns on Product Warranties
MINEOLA, NY — As a joint initiative between MarineLab and the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas (MRAA), MarineLab Warranty Processing has been launched to meet the growing needs of marine retailers who are looking for a more profitable way to process warranty reimbursements from manufacturers. This service is being offered exclusively to MRAA members.
MarineLab is a cost-effective solution to help dealers of boats, motors, trailers and other marine components dramatically increase warranty revenue. The service allows retailers to maintain a fixed cost for warranty processing rather than relying on an in-house staff, which adds to the retailers’ overhead and expenses. Dealers will be able to rely on MarineLab’s team of experts to address any requests or concerns, as well as submit, track and review all claims.
The company has been named as a Premier Partner by the MRAA, which has endorsed MarineLab as the organization’s exclusive warranty processing service provider.
Leonard A. Bellavia, General Counsel to the MRAA and President of MarineLab, has brought this proven service to the marine industry through a unique partnership with the MRAA. In 2011, the MRAA named Mr. Bellavia its Supplier of the Year to the Marine Industry. Mr. Bellavia is also one of the nation’s leading attorneys in the automobile industry and has served the MRAA well as he introduces best practices from the automobile sector to the marine industry.
“Outside warranty processing service companies have long been the mainstay of the auto industry,” said Mr. Bellavia. “MarineLab’s fees are much less than the cost of employing in-house warranty processors. You only pay the fee after the warranty revenue is collected. This service is designed to dramatically increase net revenues for marine retailers, even after the fee is paid.”
