Join us to celebrate the Halloween season during this 3 day weekend event for everyone especially since we are the ONLY kids in town with a 3 day event like this on Long Island.
TwitchTwitch Productions presents the Macabre Faire Grim Gathering Halloween Extravaganza, an event showcasing a variety of Macabre/Steampunk vendors, Live Bands, Horror Movie Madness surprises, topics for discussion like; Surviving the Zombie Apocalypse & Ghost Hunting, a Gothic Tea Party hosted by the King and Queen of the Majestic Kingdom of Avalon, a 45 mins Horror Play called "The Dinner Party", Freak Show acts by Karnevil and Circus of the Bizarre, Ghost Story-Telling at Midnight by Candlelight, Monster Karaoke hosted by Freddie vs Jayson, Fashion Shows, DJ Macabre spinning macabre tunes, a Sunday afternoon Thriller Flash Mob scene, Frightmare; haunted attraction, and even a Safe Halloween experience for the kiddies with our 3 Hour Spooky Time Family 4 Pack from 10a to 1p on Saturday, Oct. 20 & Sunday, Oct 21 to include: games, arts & crafts to make a trick 'r treat bag to be used for their candy gathering in the vendor room, a costume contest each day and a feature length Halloween movie surprise.
This event is not done yet as we also have celebrity guest appearances by: Douglas Tait "Freddy vs Jason", Edward X Young "Mr. Hush", Matt Wayne "Celebrity Magician",Salvatore Rizzo "The DeadFather", American Idol contestant and Long Island native Erin Furrey and more for a 3 day weekend. The public is invited to this event to be held October 19, 20 & 21, 2012 to participate in the fun.
The Macabre Faire Grim Gathering Halloween Extravaganza will feature a very late night Gothic Macabre Fashion Show for Saturday, Oct. 20 and another Sunday, Oct 21 in the afternoon . Our vendors will display an eclectic array of merchandise from Renaissance Clothing/Accessories to Horror Props as well as Macabre themed gifts/gadgets and Ghost Hunting while the discussion rooms fill with a buzz to discuss the Samhain Holiday, Gothic Monsters and their Mechanics among other subjects. These panels of discussion will be rotated with horror movies appropriately chosen for the Halloween Season and for those who love... well, Horror.
The event begins on Friday, October 19 at 5pm – Midnight and breaks only for sleep to then continue on for Saturday, Oct 20 from 10a - Midnight and Sunday, Oct. 21 from 11a – 6p. Live Music performances by: Jerry Horror, Rocky Jones, Deep Rising, Alia Lorae, Psyche Corporation, Freak of the Day, Shayfer James, Baron Misuraca, American Idol's Erin Furrey and her "Free Candy Band", Motley Crue tribute band Wildside and more. The stage is oozing with a variety of acts that also include strange or magical bites by Freak Show performers "Karnevil, Matt Wayne and his Tricks along with the Circus of the Bizarre troupe. A truly entertaining event for October that even our celebrity guests could not resist. This will be the place to be for a spectacular Halloween Extravaganza especially since the icing on this macabre cake consists of a haunted house for those who love a little scare... or No-scare if they choose.
