FARMINGDALE, N.Y. – July 17, 2013 - On July 24, 2013, The Mind Body Spirit Stress Management & Health Expo LI hosted by GEM Magazine LI is set to kick off at Carlyle on the Green, located at 99 Quaker Meeting House Road at Bethpage State Park, Farmingdale, NY. The Expo which runs from 5pm to 9pm is dedicated to helping individuals improve their overall health, well-being and the QUALITY OF LIFE on Long Island. Proceeds will benefit the Maurer Foundation for Breast Health Education on Long Island. Eight Long Island motivational and professional speakers (including Neeta Minal Shah MD, FACP) will headline with discussions, lectures and workshops for attendees to learn alternative ways of relieving stress, proper nutrition, and overall wellness, with introduction to complementary medicine.
Individuals are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance (also sold at door on day of the event) as a very large attendance is anticipated.
