Please join us for a meeting of the LIA Financial Services and Tax Policy Committee. This will be our first meeting in 2013. You will have an opportunity to network with fellow LIA members as well as participate in an important discussion about the recent agreement to avoid the fiscal cliff and its impact on the business community. We will also discuss our 2013 schedule, potential guest speakers, and key agenda items for the rest of the year, including the federal debt and the impacts of unfunded mandates, municipal pension and healthcare costs for municipalities and businesses.
