GENERATIONS INSPIRED, INC. PRESENTS

ITS FIRST I AM B.E.A.U.T.Y BOOT CAMP IN PARTNERSHIP WITH ACT INSPIRES INC., AND YOUR HIDDEN TREASURE INC., ON JULY 14, 2013 IN BALDWIN, NEW YORK

The I AM B.E.A.U.T.Y workshop is a 6-week program designed to empower and inspire teenage girls from the ages of 14 to 18.  This program will teach young females how to set goals, define their own version of success, while attaining true happiness.

(Long Island, New York – July 14, 2013) – Nonprofit organization, Generations Inspired Inc. partners with ACT Inspires Inc., and Your Hidden Treasure Inc., to present the inaugural I AM B.E.A.U.T.YBoot Camp at Omnia Vanitas, 778 Merrick Rd, Baldwin NY 11510 on July 14, 2013.  Inspirational speaker, entrepreneur, and author, Akilah C. Thompson of ACT Inspires Inc., and Certified Life Coach and entrepreneur, LaToya Morgan of Your Hidden Treasure Inc., will be the hosts.

The I AM B.E.A.U.T.Y acronym represents: Beautiful, Extraordinary, Ambitious, Unlimited, Talented, Young.  This program will be held every Sunday beginning on July 14, 2013 running through August 18^thfrom 3pm-6pm.  Cost is $150.00 to attend for all six weeks.

In this short, yet excitingly intense boot camp, attendees will learn how to:

• Develop self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-love to overcome any obstacle or challenge
• Simple ways to create realistic and attainable, professional and personal goals
• Tips to finding the right career path through a variety of career exploration exercises and workshops
• Advice on eating and exercising properly for a healthy lifestyle
• Easy and effortless tips to increase their overall happiness
• And ultimately ways to create the life they always wanted

 

The six-week I AM B.E.A.U.T.Y workshops and activities include: Personal Branding, Beauty and Hygiene, Social and Business Etiquette, Entrepreneurship, Vision Boards, Goal Setting, Career Awareness Panel, Effective Communication, Personal Finance, Time Management, Health and Fitness, as well as Finding your Passion and Purpose in life.
