Having Fun Over 50 with the 3rd Annual Over 50 Fair

As you get older, you might start thinking that there is less for you to be able to have the kind of fun you had when you were younger. In fact, for those living on Long Island, you will be able to have a lot of fun even as you get over 50. This is because you will be able to attend the 3^rd Annual Over 50 Fair. This fair is sponsored by the 50+ Lifestyles Magazine and Prime Time Travel. The fair will be the home to more than 30 classes for fun and interesting activities. Also in attendance will be more than 80 vendors willing to show you all of the different products that they have to provide. Learn about the different kinds of skin care, medical benefits and more you can get as a 50+ citizen.

Those buying in advance will be able to get into the event for only $6. If you are paying at the door, you will have to pay $8. If you bring along some non-perishable food to the event, you will be given a raffle ticket so you will be able to win many great prizes. All of the food collected will go to benefit the Interfaith Nutrition Network (INN) and the people that they support with the offering of food. You are also allowed to donate money to the organization if you are not willing to lug around a sack full of groceries.

To attend the event, you will need to go to the Melville Marriott located at 1350 Old Walt Whitman Road in Melville, NY. The hotel is providing free valet parking to all of those who are attending the event. This will provide you with an indoor experience so you can fully enjoy the classes you are attending while you are at the hotel. Located just off of the Long Island Expressway, the location is convenient no matter where on Long Island you are coming from.
