Good Shepherd Hospice/Good Samaritan Hospital Co-host New Young Adult Bereavement Support Group
Good Shepherd Hospice, in conjunction with Good Samaritan Hospital, will host a free series, Bridge To Hope: A Young Adult Bereavement Support Group.
On Wednesdays, for 8 consecutive weeks beginning December 5 through January 23, Bridge to Hope meetings will take place at Good Samaritan Hospital in the 2nd Floor Conference Room located at 1000 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, 11795 from 5 pm – 6:30 pm.
This time allows young adults, ages 18-30, who have experienced the death of a loved one, to meet with others in the same age group who are also dealing with the vast and overwhelming range of emotions that can follow a loss. In a safe, non-judgmental environment, participants will receive encouragement, education and support to help navigate through their grief.
Please call Michelle Graff, LMSW, of Good Shepherd Hospice to reserve your seat at 631-465-6254.
