Good Shepherd Hospice Bereavement Group Meetings

Good Shepherd Hospice will be holding bereavement group meetings with Our Lady of Consolation Nursing and Rehabilitative Care Center

Where: Our Lady of Consolation Nursing and Rehabilitative Care Center

111 Beach Drive, West Islip, 11795

When: 2:30 - 4:00 pm

Every Monday for 8 weeks

beginning Monday September 10^th

Offering coping mechanisms following the loss of a loved one and all-around support, the group is led by Good Shepherd Hospice social workers in conjunction with members of the pastoral care department from Our Lady of Consolation. Free of charge, the group is open to all community members. Registration is required. Please call Our Lady of Consolation’s Pastoral Care Department at 631-587-1600 x8297.
