Friends of Karen's Annual Golf Outing to Raise Funds for Children with Life-threatening Illnesses

Friends of Karen provides emotional, financial and advocacy support for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families in order to keep them stable, functioning and able to cope. The organization has helped more than 12,400 children in the New York tri-state region since its founding in 1978.

Friends of Karen’s annual Golf Outing will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at North Shore Country Club in Glen Head, New York. The event will honor Cindy McLoughlin, an audit partner in the Long Island office of CohnReznick, LLP, a national accounting firm.

Through her involvement in Friends of Karen as a member of their Long Island Advisory Board, as well as other Long Island organizations, Cindy is committed to helping local communities, families and children. Cindy and her husband Tom live in Northport with their three young children.
