First Taste of Fall Menus on Long Island

As we’ve officially reached the fall season, many restaurants on Long Island are changing up its menu to include fall theme dishes and ingredients. A number of Long Island restaurants will be participating in the First Taste of Fall with an offering of a 3-course price fixed menu between Sept. 24 and 30.

Some participating restaurants of the First Taste of Fall 3-course price fixed menu include:

Veraces, an Italian restaurant in Islip. It’ll offer a $25 price fixed menu. Its menu will include Red Leaf Salad, Pumpkin Sausage Pizza, Gnocchi Con Funghi or Cream of Mushroom Soup for appetizer, Butternut Squash and Spinach Lasagna, Pan Seared Scallops, Braised Veal Cheeks or Three Meat Ravioli Sage Butter for entrée and Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake or Candied Apple for dessert.
Monsoon, an Asian kitchen and lounge in Babylon Village. It’ll offer a $35 price fixed menu. Its menu will include Pork and Apple Bao Bun, Pickled Root Salad, Soba Noodles with Roasted Duck or Spicy Beef “Money Bags” for appetizer, Kalbi Simmered Beef Short Ribs, Chicken Pad Kra Prow, Salty Pork Chops or Seared Fresh Water Trout for entrée and Cinnamon Asian Pear Cupcakes or House Made Soft Serve Ice Cream for dessert.

H2O Restaurant, a seafood and grill sushi bar restaurant in Smithtown. It’ll offer a $40 price fixed menu or $50 menu with paired wines. Its menu will include Salad of Baby Spinach, North Fork Pumpkin Soup or “Autumn” Sushi Roll for appetizer, Pan Roasted Sea Scallops, Lobster and Shrimp Newburg Pot Pie or Pan Roasted Crescent Farm Duck Breast for entrée and Warm Apple Pecan Cake or Pear Sorbet Parfait for dessert.

Enjoy tasteful dishes on Long Island with the First Taste of Fall menu options! For Saturday, the price fixed menus are available for dining before 7pm.
