Presented by Dickson’s Farmstand Meats and The Cleaver Company with proceeds benefitting Food Systems Network NYC in support of their efforts to build a vibrant, local farm and food economy for all, NYChilifest boasts a 500-foot concourse of chili served by dozens of NYC's best restaurants and acclaimed chefs. Samuel Adams will be pouring Boston Lager and Alpine Spring, and Angry Orchard is providing its Crisp Apple Hard Cider, all of which will be available at several locations along the concourse. And back by popular demand, the knee-slapping good tunes of country band The Dixon’s will keep everyone entertained.
Dickson’s Farmstand Meats is, once again, supplying each chef with 100% dry-aged, locally raised beef from Wrighteous Organics in Schoharie, NY. In addition to providing a level playing field for the competition, the meat reflects the inspiration behind the event: to use responsibly raised whole animals to create delicious food.
