East End Arts Celebrates 40 Years

Annual Membership Meeting & Volunteer Appreciation Event: August 14

(RIVERHEAD, NY, July 27, 2012) –– East End Arts is pleased to announce the 2012 Annual Meeting of the Membership and Volunteer Appreciation Event on Tuesday, August 14 at 5:30PM at the East End Arts’ Carriage House located behind the East End Arts Gallery, 133 East Main Street, Riverhead, NY. At this event, Executive Director Pat Snyder, staff, and board members will review the accomplishments of the organization’s 40^th year, and look ahead to plans for the coming year. New members of East End Arts’ Board of Directors will be presented, and those stepping down will be honored. East End Arts will also be recognizing the dedication and commitment of its volunteer core, paying special tribute to the 2012 Volunteer of the Year, to be announced at the event. Entertainment will include a musical performance by East End Arts students, and an art experience with members of the Long Island Creative Vortex. A light dinner from the Farm Country Kitchen will be served.
