Celebrate Valentine's Day At Long Island Aquarium

One of the best kept secrets of Valentine's Day is that it isn't the chocolate and the flowers, but in the way that you spend the time together. This is what the Long Island Aquarium has in mind for couples during their ChocoVino event on Friday, February 15th.

For many couples they think about finding that great table at one of the prime Long Island restaurants, but a great night out can be found at the aquarium. The ChocoVino event has been called a great time by many who have been there. Tickets cost $160 for a romantic five-course dinner, a wine and chocolate tasting moment, and the sights and sounds of the aquarium itself.

I think that sounds incredibly delictable! Imagine sitting down to a wonderful meal, with great wine (and chocolate!) with your loved one within the confines of such great beauty and movement? Yes, I would imagine that would be a fantastically romantic moment.

The event starts at 8 PM on Friday and is for couples aged 21 and up. Reservations are required, but you can get them easily by caling 631.208.9200, ext. H2O (426). If you are looking for something new, different, romantic, and fun to do for Valentine's Day, then this might be your answer. You can still give flowers on Thursday, with something special waiting on Friday.
