Bill and Hilary Clinton Will Host LI Fundraiser

Former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hilary Clinton will be hosting a fundraiser event in the Hamptons next month to raise money for their foundation. Donors will pay $5,000 to attend and enjoy dinner with the Clintons. The event will take place on August 23^rd in Bridgehampton. According to the invitation, “All proceeds will support the life-changing work of the newly renamed Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation - improving global health, strengthening economies, promoting health and wellness, and protecting the environment by fostering innovative partnerships among businesses, governments, NGOs, and private citizens.”

Hilary Clinton has been vague as to whether or not she plans to run in the next presidential race, but she is certainly the favorite among the potential Democratic candidates for president of the United States. Recent polls have demonstrated her immense popularity, even over other well known potential candidates. The guests at the dinner in the Hamptons are sure to pose many questions about the upcoming race. Whether or not the former Secretary of State will choose to shed any light on her plans is less certain. Hilary Clinton is currently earning $20,000 per speech on her speech circuit, and is writing a book.
