Twitter Tuesdays, Website Wednesdays and Facebook Factoids on Fridays
In continuance of its 40-year celebration, Ben’s Delicatessen Restaurant & Caterers announces it is hosting three online contests to give its customers a chance to win prizes, including Twitter Tuesday Trivia, Website Wednesdays and Friday Facebook Factoids. These contests will run until the end of the 40th Anniversary year.
Every Tuesday, Ben’s will test the knowledge of its Twitter followers about events that happened in 1972 or other questions related to Ben’s. On Wednesdays, Website visitors can view trivia questions, videos, links or “scavenger hunt” questions that are posted on a special area on Ben’s home page. They will enter their name, email address and answer to the question in the section provided. On Fridays, Ben’s will post on its Facebook fan page a factoid, video, link or “scavenger hunt” question about an event that happened on that day 40 years ago — whether in Ben’s history or world history — and followers will have the opportunity to “Like” the factoid.
Anyone who has the correct answer or “likes” the factoid for that week will be eligible to win a $19.72 comp card courtesy of Ben’s. Entrants are allowed to win only one prize every 120 days from among all Ben’s contests. All entries with the correct answers will be retained and entered in a grand prize drawing at the end of the year to win a Ben’s Cold Cut Classic catered package for 40 people.
