Ben’s Kosher Delicatessen Restaurant & Caterers Offers Free Chicken Noodle Soup When Residents Provide Proof of Getting a Flu Shot
With cold and flu season coming, Ben’s Kosher Delicatessen Restaurant & Caterers is offering a free Ben’s chicken noodle soup to those who have proof that they received a flu shot either from their physician or at their local pharmacy.
Anyone who gets a flu shot until November 30 and brings in a receipt within three days of receiving the shot will receive a coupon good for a free pint of Ben’s chicken noodle soup for takeout or a free bowl to dine in. One coupon will be available per customer. Coupons may be used during the cold winter months until the end of February 2013.
It is recommended that the most susceptible to contracting the flu — especially senior citizens and those who come into contact with the general public — should get a flu shot. In addition, Ben’s believes its famous chicken noodle soup is the ideal complement to fighting off colds and flu — a time-tested remedy since Ben’s opened up in 1972.
“We cure our own corned beef. Our chicken soup cures everything else!” said Ronnie Dragoon, Founder-Owner, Ben’s Deli. “With cold and flu season coming up, our chicken soup is the best medicine you can get without a prescription. Ben’s thinks that a flu shot and chicken soup could be better than a flu shot alone. As many Jewish grandmothers have said forever, ‘It couldn’t hoit!’”
