For employers, Online Employer is full-service software, offering the ability to run payroll from any personal device. Once the app is downloaded, employers can assign login rights to the payroll administrator and every employee, allowing individualized views based on their need.
To run payroll, the system will pre-fill salaried rates for employees and allow administrators to adjust and/or add hours worked for hourly-based employees, then “pre-process” paychecks. Once confirming that everything is correct, simply hit the submit button and paychecks will be prepared for deposit or shipment to your door.

For employees: with a simple, personalized login, employees can access their payroll information right from their smart phone or tablet. Employees can view their recent paystubs including their federal, state and local tax deductions, as well as any selected pre-tax offerings such as healthcare and retirement savings. Especially convenient is the ability to print reports, including annual W2 forms for the quickly approaching tax filing deadline.
