3^rd DISTRICT CONGRESSIONAL CANDIDATE STEPHEN LABATE

ENDORSED BY CONGRESSMAN BOB TURNER 

Huntington, NY (September 24, 2012) – Congressman Bob Turner, who represents New York’s 9^th Congressional District, has today announced his endorsement of Stephen Labate in his bid for U.S. Congress.

"I have known Steve Labate for some time and believe he is a man of great honesty, integrity and devotion. After 9-11 he protected his country in the military, and now he is running for Congress to protect the American dream. He understands that something must be done to ensure our children and grandchildren have the same opportunities to succeed that we have had,” said Turner. “I have no doubt that Stephen Labate will go to Washington and fight for his constituents and I am proud to endorse him for the United States House of Representatives in New York’s 3rd Congressional District."

Speaking of the endorsement, Labate remarked, “It is such an honor to have the endorsement of Congressman Turner in this race. Congressman Turner was motivated to run for office because he feared the radical turn our country was taking. My story is a similar one. He is an inspiration to all Americans, and I am so thankful to have his support.”

Stephen Labate is the Republican and Conservative candidate for Congress in New York’s 3^rd Congressional District. He is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve and a Financial Planner. He resides in Suffolk County with his wife and two children.
