So-so is the phrase I would use to describe this restaurant. My parents love this place, so I'm here pretty much every other weekend, but I wish they would try another restaurant out. The food is okay, but it's not something I dream about.

I ate here a couple of times because I thought I should give it a try but I just wasn't all that impressed. I ate at another one when I was younger in another town and I remember finding that experience pretty banal as well. I know there are people who just love Applebee's, but I don't think I'm ever going to be one of them.

I ate here the other week for the first time, and it was okay. I've seen Applebee's all over the place, but I just never ate there. A friend took me there; she thinks it's the best place ever, but I just don't understand the big deal. Their food is pretty average.
