The pizzas they serve here are very simple - and perfect. One simple, well prepared pizza pie with only a couple of ingredients is far more satisfying than an elaborate pizza which is not as good any day. I don't know why so many restaurants seem to think the secret to good pizza is to pile on the ingredients. It's not. It's just to do a few things really well - the crust, the cheese, the sauce, and whatever you do top it off with. I love the pizza at Anthony's. Their pasta is also top shelf. Hahah, when I was a kid, I lived on an air base, and the air base pizza chain contractor was called Anthony's, and it tasted like crap. I didn't come into this Anthony's for ages because of the bad mental association. This is a little mom and pop's restaurant though, no connection to that military contractor chain, I assure you. And I am sooo glad I finally came in here. Best pizza I've found in the whole county. Share Your Review
