My computer started acting very strange and I did not know what to do. Things were disappearing from my computer at the touch of a button, virus threats in full force and the computer would turn itself off any time that it felt like it. Although I have never claimed to be a computer specialist I do know a little bit about the problems they can have, and this truly puzzled me.

When I called American PC and told them what was going on the knowledgeable staff told me over the phone the things they suspected it to be and the prices to repair it. I was satisfied with the prices and impressed that he could narrow it down like that, so I took my PC on it.

Not only was he right about the problem with my computer, he was able to repair it in a much faster time that I was told. As someone who depends on their computer, this was truly appreciated.

The staff at American Computer are so smart, and they are also friendly. They put in the work and go the extra mile for their customers, all while ensuring they offer reasonable prices.

Couple of months ago my hard drive failed in my laptop. I was in trouble, cause I had some very important documents on my laptop. I didn't know what I was going to do. I got in contact with American - PC USA and they came to the rescue. They replaced my laptops hard drive so that I could use the computer again, and then they were able to recover all my data from my old hard drive and put it on the new one. Thanks to them I still have my job.

I've learned my lesson though. I now have an extra external hard drive that I backup everything important to, and I have started using a backup service provider. All my data is securely backed up to this provider on a nightly basis. I'll hopefully never be caught in this bind again, but if I am I know to call American - PC USA Share Your Review
