I have a pet iguana, and had no clue where to take him when he got sick. Most pet hospitals will only help with dogs or cats. A lizard is an entirely different animal, and most people don't have a clue where to start when they see one. They actually specialize in treating "exotic pets" here, and that fortunately turned out to include my iguana. I am very relieved that he's doing better, and I'm also relieved to know there's a place in town where people with non-mammals can bring their pets for good care.
So why only three stars? I was also here with one of my friends once when her ferret had a problem. It was an emergency situation, and they kept making her wait. The ferret was okay, but only just barely. This is not a place to bring your pets if you need care FAST.

I had a terrible experience with my little dog, T-Rex. I was running at the park with her and she got on the road, being run over by a car. I immediately got panicked and thought that she would die on me. However, the driver was shocked as well and wanted to make sure that T-Rex would be fine. He got her to the All Creatures Veterinary Hospital in Long Beach, just a few blocks away from the park. They treated her as well as they could. They were able to save her life and her badly injured leg. After a few days, she got discharged and we now take long walks by the beach. I am really grateful about their optimal services towards my absolutely best friend in the world.
