More about us: my main goal in the first few sessions is to learn more about the help you wish to receive. i provide short summaries about what i am hearing to make sure i am understanding you accurately. at the end of the first session, i provide a tentative treatment plan, which is modified as we continue. i work with clients from age 12 upward, and have over 23 years of experience in nys assisting clients with depression, anger problems, anxiety, couple and family problems, and addictions. i also help individuals with habit-related problems and including smoking cessation and weight loss. at all times i attempt to be a gentle and responsive psychologist.
