Placed a service call over a month ago. First he says he will be there on a specific date, then tells you what time, THEN DOESNT SHOW UP WHAT SO EVER, or even bother a courtesy call to let you know he isn't showing up. Not answering phone calls or messages for a week and a half before answering saying he will be there in 2 days. Finally he shows up.. AFTER 2 weeks. Then says he needs to order a part, okay fine. We would have gladly paid for express shipping as the plotter is needed for our business, but apparently it takes another two and a half weeks for him to answer our calls/inquiries about the part. Finally he answers a call, and says he will show up this date, late morning. I kept reminding him how much the plotter is essential to our business, he said it would take care of it. I called him an hour before we closed (9-5 office) so 4pm, he doesn't answer my calls from the company line, I call from my personal cell phone, he answers right away. Makes some excuses as to why he cant make it. STILL COULDN'T PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE by letting us know he wont show up or be late. Says not today, but keeps pushing it until next week. This man is providing terrible service along with terrible customer service. its been over a month and a half and our plotter is still not functioning properly. So I suggest you do your research and find a back up company or someone else to take care of your plotter issues, because it is obvious this man doesn't care.
