My daughter swears by this place as the best thing that ever happened to her. She has struggled to get behind the wheel for years now. I have always had a hard time with driving. I get anxious when I'm on the road because of mistakes i've made in the past. I took these classes though and it changed the way I think behind the wheel, and now I am able to drive again. I still get nervous, but at least it isn't paralyzing anymore. Lori T. My parents enrolled me here after I refused to get behind the wheel for several years . There wasn't any particular one thing that made me nervous about driving; I just didn't take to it. All the little mistakes I made while I was learning really scared me, so I gave up. This instructor got me back on the road. I went in kicking and screaming, but I came out ... driving. I didn't think I'd ever feel comfortable behind the wheel, but I do! It is such a joy to be able to have more independence. I am really glad I went through with it. I am so glad that I found out about Ms. Fuchs and her wonderful courses in driving. A Woman's Way Driving specializes in helping drivers with phobias to get back on the road - drivers like me. When I was young, I was in an accident, and it was my fault. Since then I was terrified of ever getting back out there. Even though I went to the trouble to get my license back, I let it expire again because I was too scared to get out there and use it. It got to the point where it was making it difficult for me to have a proper life. I was tired of depending on my husband for everything, and then a friend told me to call Ms. Fuchs.

She was very helpful in not only helping me learn how to "drive defensively," but also in restoring my lost confidence and helping me move out of my past and into the future. Which doesn't have to be like the past was. She helped me realize that I understand how that accident happened and how not to let it happen again, and that I'm not the same person who got into that situation last time. I've learned and I've grown.

Teaching me how to drive is sure, a Herculean task! I’m a clueless woman who cannot master the art of turning wheels no matter how hard everyone tried. When I signed up for their services, I was skeptical to say the least. But, now I can turn on the ignition and can drive mildly well. For many out there, this isn’t a great deal, but for me it is! The trainers were patient with me, and didn’t mind repeating the instructions over and again for me to finally register them.
I’d highly recommend them and plan to continue my lessons with them and turn pro, hopefully!
